We had a blast exploring the thrilling adventure activities in Rotorua, like skydiving and zorbing. Plus, the hotel's location right on the lake gave us some killer views. The rooms were cozy and the staff was super friendly.

The only thing we missed was a happening bar scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome to have a cool place to grab a few drinks and party with our friends after our adventurous days.

The Black Swan was the highlight of our New Zealand trip! We stayed for a few nights and were impressed by the stunning lake view and convenient location. The breakfast was outstanding, and we also enjoyed a fantastic massage. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved exploring the beautiful garden. Finally, it served as a perfect base for exploring the nearby thermal areas. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel location was perfect, on the edge of the lake with views that took our breath away. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary activities offered by the hotel, such as kayaking and biking - it was a huge plus.

I recently stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel located on the banks of a lake. The library, decorated with European furnishings, provided a serene atmosphere. Outside, the well-manicured garden showcased local flora. My room was spacious, tastefully adorned, and offered a stunning view of the lake. The bathroom was pristine, and amenities such as fruit and bottled water added a nice touch. The made-to-order breakfast was scrumptious. I especially enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Located in a serene spot, this hotel provided us with the ultimate luxury experience. The view from the room was breathtaking and the sun loungers by the pool were comfortably shaded. The staff was helpful and accommodated all our needs. The exclusive amenities included a spa centre, which we used frequently, and a packed lunch which was delicious. The well-equipped room had a private facility which was a major plus.

The hotel was generally quiet, but at times we experienced a slight disturbance with noise from the room above ours which would wake me up in the early hours of the morning. However, my partner who is a deep sleeper was not affected and remained comfortable throughout our stay.
